Our Team provides training, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting assistance. Remote assistance can be billed either hourly ($175/hr), monthly, quarterly or annually (for lower rates).
We are available to travel anywhere in North America (including Canada) for onsite professional services. However, we will provide special discounts for onsite visits in San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties.
For customers looking to outsource the daily management of their Checkpoint Gateway, Checkpoint Security Management, Checkpoint Endpoint, Checkpoint Appliances, and Checkpoint Blades, we provide low cost agreements for 3, 6 and 12 month periods. For an organization with less than 500 employees, a managed services agreement which includes 30 hours per quarter would be approx. $3000 quarter.
